Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us. Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, contact details, and timing during the booking process. Booking Changes: Any changes to a confirmed booking must be communicated at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee. No-show Policy: If the passenger is not available at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking may be marked as a no-show and cancellation charges may apply. Fare Estimates: All fare estimates provided are indicative and may vary due to traffic, route taken, waiting time, or other unforeseen circumstances. Payment Terms: Payments can be made in cash, via card, or through supported digital wallets, as per the options available during booking. Driver Allocation: We reserve the right to assign or change the allocated driver or vehicle before the journey begins due to availability or operational reasons. Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any misconduct may result in immediate cancellation of the ride. Luggage Policy: Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items. Waiting Time: A complimentary waiting period of 10 minutes is provided. Additional waiting time may be charged as per applicable rates. Route Preference: Drivers may take alternate routes based on traffic conditions unless the passenger specifies otherwise. Service Availability: Service availability may vary depending on location, weather, traffic, or other external factors. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or service failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or road closures. Safety Measures: We ensure drivers follow safety protocols, but customers are also advised to wear seat belts and follow safety guidelines. Alcohol & Smoking: Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Pet Policy: Transporting pets must be pre-approved during booking. Extra charges may apply. Vehicle Condition: We ensure that all vehicles are maintained and insured. However, minor breakdowns or delays may occasionally occur. Dispute Resolution: Any complaints or disputes should be reported within 24 hours of the ride completion for resolution. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for safety, policy violation, or inappropriate behavior.
